基本情况:
李庆，男，硕士，主任医师/教授，湘南学院附属医院副院长，吉首大学外科学硕士生导师。湖南省肿瘤介入临床医疗技术示范基地负责人、肿瘤精准医学湖南省高校重点实验室主任、中国研究型医院学会肿瘤介入专业委员会委员、中国静脉介入联盟理事成员、湖南省医学会理事、湖南省医学会介入医学专业委员会常务委员、郴州市第四批学术和技术带头人、全国高等医药教材建设研究会“十三五”规划教材编委。从事生物信息,肿瘤基础研究，血管外科及肿瘤介入治疗工作已有二十余年时间。在芯片数据分析，肺癌、肝癌等肿瘤基因组数据挖掘和精准医学以及机器学习在肿瘤的分割等领域开展研究。主持完成十多项省、市级科研项目。在Liver Int., Br J Radiol，J Inflamm Res, PLoS One等国内外杂志发表论文30余篇，研究成果被郴州市政府评为郴州市科技进步二等奖（2012、2016）。研究成果《Long noncoding RNA 91H overexpression contributes to the growth and metastasis of HCC by epigenetically positively regulating IGF2 expression》于2021年获得郴州市优秀论文一等奖。
