雷明盛，男，医学博士,博士后，帝国理工学院访问学者，主任医师,硕士研究生导师，湖南省政府津贴获得者。现任张家界市人民医院副院长兼呼吸与危重症医学科主任。历任中国医师协会呼吸医师分会中青年医师工作委员会的委员、中国康复技术转化及发展促进会精准医学与肿瘤康复专业委员会副秘书长、湖南省病理生理学会肿瘤专业委员会副主任委员、湖南省医学会结核病学分会委员、湖南省康复医学会呼吸专业委员会委员、湖南省医学会呼吸病学专业委员会青年委员等。湖南省“225”人才计划高层次人才骨干人才。主持或以主要责任人获得国家级、省部级科研基金10余项。担任中国现代医学杂志编委。先后发表论文40余篇，其中SCI收录8篇，获张家界市科技进步奖二等奖2项。参编专著3部、其中副主编2部。
